How do I remove this part?

Im have a leak in the hose for which I cutted out but I can't install it back it without removing the metal pipe. How do I remove it? I removed two bolts one on top and bottom but its not budging.

It only has two bolts holding it on.

Oh sweet. Thanks a mil!

Btw guys, the coolant leak on these civics comes from the 3 inch hose located on the back of the pipe.
