D17A1 to D17A swap - some questions

I'm going to be putting a D17A into my 05 LX in place of the D17A1 that is there. There are several threads about the connection/ECU adjustments needed and all talk about installing new timing belt & water pump. However, I can't find anywhere that tells me which timing belt & pump to buy. So question 1: Are they the same ones used in D17A1?
Question 2: the engine I purchased has great compression in all cylinders but the spark plug boot and top of spark plug chamber are both brown compared to the other ones (see picture). The boots and plugs are all shown in the same order for comparison. to my untrained eye the plugs all look fine. Is this a leaking spark plug seal in the brown colored cylinder? There seems to be a bit more dirt/grease on that section of the engine as well.
Question 3: My main bearing in my manual transmission needs to be replaced because it is getting noisy. Are there any other items in the transmission or engine that I should replace while I'm at it? The clutch and slave cylinder have 30k on it. I'm trying to keep expenses down but anything easy to do now that will be a bear later I'm considering.
Question 4: The water pump in my D17A1 has only 1000 miles on it. Assuming it is the same one for the D17A, would I be foolish to reuse it? My original timing belt has 13k.
Thanks for all your help. This forum has been fantastic for me over the years.

spark plug or plugs may not have been tightened enough, left too loose,
yes i would re-use that water pump (if its honda OEM)
