Door panel repair
Door panel repair
To clarrify, I mean the actual plastic itself, not just the fabric, which also needs to be mended, but I removed my card a couple times and it has started to crack. I've tried superglues and they just don't hold it, would JB work or should I go with something like a plastic fiber resin? OR better yet, is there a fix-it thread somewhere that I missed?

Melt it back together?
Junkyard door panel?
My favorite fix for anything cosmetic: 4 inch deck screws

Re: Door panel repair
Google 'plastic weld'. Kinda like welding metal only at a much lower temperature, heat it up and flow filler in.
Then there's epoxies,
And also something more along the lines of a hot butterknife to get the edges of the break to melt together, do it on the inside so it isn't readily visible. Not real strong though.
