01 civic has P0141 dtc
My 01 civic has the dtc P0141 on and can't figure it out . Both 02 sensors are new , check the heater circuit out and have 12v and ground , has there been an issue with the ecms on these cars

You replaced BOTH sensors for this code?
Have you rechecked codes, do you have codes for both sensors now?
Got your original sensors? What brands were they?
Re: 01 civic has P0141 dtc
Bought the car and it had both new sensors in it not sure what make , have a parts car with no codes on it so I changed out both the sensors from the parts car . Still same code , checked and compared the voltage and resistance readings with my parts car . They all check out the same . Thinking it is the ecm . When I watch the live data on my code reader the number never change for the down stream 02 sensor .

What year is the parts car?
Ohm test the heater in each sensor. What resistance does each sensor show?
Rear sensor heater should be 10-40 ohms
#4 fuse (10A) in the dash fuse box good?

I've got one note that says a rear sensor from an 05 tested at 15.6 ohms hot, so that sounds ok.
I personally have not had to replace a PCM for a code like this, but I work at a small dealer.
