02 Honda civic overheating

My car keeps over heating at idle.. I changed my T-Stat.. No air in the system. When my AC is off the car never over heats.. If I turn my AC on it starts to over heat, and my reservoir fills up almost to the top as if my coolant is not circulating.. Turn my AC of and the reservoir goes back to the normal fill level.. I don't know what to do to fix the problem. Please help!

you did not see it because you are on the wrong section - your car is a 7th gen, not a 8/9th gen.
