01 civic dx 5 speed when taking off sometimes in first it sounds like wheel hop coming from passenger side only does it in first no other gears what would cause this it almost sounds like a bad ball joint it got a bad shake cv axle? just reminds me of wheel hop idk how to discribe it

no i am not i think i found problem front motor mount bad which would do it intermittently like it does
