05 civic overheating help please

05 civic overheating help please

My 05 civic is overheating. I changed the thermostat and its still an issue. I wired a toggle switch in to manually turn the fan on but now my heat will not work. Can anyon hlp me as to wht my heat is now not working and if it ok to still drive it i do not know if since the toggle switch went in if its still overheating i have not drivin it. But if it does overheat again can someone help.me as to what to do next

how is the level in the rad and overflow bottle?

my bet right now is that your overflow bottle is extremely full, or possibly overflowing, if that is the case you need a new head gasket

dont let it overheat or you will need a new head along with the gasket
