Can I change these rubber trim parts myself?
Can I change these rubber trim parts myself?
Basically any time I go to the car wash, the roof trim over my passenger side door comes loose. I bought a new one of that piece in the past but the problem doesn't seem to be that particular piece, it seems to be that the front and rear window trims no longer stretch over the front-to-back piece that keeps falling off. Can I replace these rubber trim parts myself?
I've circled in red the piece that keeps falling off.

Re: Can I change these rubber trim parts myself?
The front trim doesn't look too bad but it doesn't look like you can easily change it without removing the windshield. There isn't any rear trim so that's not an issue. Is it coming loose from the rear or the front?
If it's the front, there is a bracket holding the trim on as seen in part 4 here on an '03 EX:

If it's the rear, whatever adhesive Honda used to keep it on is wearing out.
