Loud noise under heavy snow/rain

Hey guys ..everytime its raining heavily or when i drive when theres alot of snow on the ground, theres this loud rumbing sound coming from under my passenger seat, maybe the front right wheel. It happens for a while then goes away...i dont know if i should worry about it or not. Can any of you help me diagnose it?

Water and snow make things sound different. Crap splashes on the floor of the car. Tire tread makes different noise.

I can't hear it, but I probably wouldn't worry about it if it sounds ok when dry.
