2003 Diesel--Major electrical issues

2003 Diesel--Major electrical issues
Hope someone can help
Driving car yesterday, abs light comes on with heater coil light, then lose power steering followed by instruments failing(no speedo or fuel gauge), park car up and wont start now, turn key in ignition instruments light up or dont it varies but will not start car, engine does not even turn.
Battery and alternator are good as brand new and have tested them, can anyone point me in the right direction currently looking at multiplex module

start checking fuses?
what country? not many diesel owners if any here... but electrical shoulda be similar exception to spark plugs (or lack of), higher starter amperes, etc.
