this will sound simple but i am having a hard time finding the answer.
ever since i got the car, few months back, every time i try to start this relay under the dash goes apeshit and the car does not start. i have to hold the key for several seconds and then boom, starts.
so far i the bat is new, starter is good, all electrical seems good and the relay that makes the noise is new also. i open for anything at this point. here is a pic of the realy i am talking about.

Do you twist the key quickly and all the way til it stops, or do you just barely twist it until the relay starts buzzing?

They all make horrible buzz noises if you don't turn the key all the way or turn it too slowly.
