Air conditioner not blowing cool air

Hi Everyone,

I have a Honda Civic 2001, Coupe.

My heater is working fine, but the AC is not blowing cool air.
I had this issue about 2 months ago and took it to a mechanic, and they said there was something that was unplugged that they just plugged and it was working perfectly until yesterday.
I am sure I need to do the same thing but I just dont know what is it that I need to plug in.
I am 80 % sure, it was something under the hood..

Can someone point me to exactly what I should be looking for and where.
I am sure my freeon levels are OK.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is the light on the dash coming on. Can you confirm the compressor not starting?
