Rep Power: 0 '03 ringing noise at specific RPM
Had head gasket replaced and now at 3600 rpm's the engine makes a high pitched ringing sound. Occasionally hear it faintly around 1900 rpm, but much louder at 3600. Everything else seems fine and only last a second while transitioning the rpm.
Suggestions?
Thanks!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

See if the heat shield covering the exhaust manifold is loose, probably toward the front and bottom.
It's common for the little bolts to snap off when one tries to remove them.
If that's not it....How would Stevie Wonder locate a noise? Open the hood, grab the throttle and twist it up and start listening and looking.
