Typical:
1) Disconnect fuel supply line. Disconnect wiring. Remove the securing hardware from the fuel rail as necessary.
2) I spray carb and throttle cleaner spray all over the rubber seals, this helps them to slide out of the manifold while you lift.
3) All 4 injectors remain attached to the fuel rail, the complete assembly will lift up from the intake manifold with gentle prying. Pry slowly, gently, and evenly.
The rubber seals may or may not come out with the injectors, they might stay in the manifold.

To separate injectors from the fuel rail
If there is a metal retaining clip, remove it.
Twist and pull on the injector.... the only thing left is a fat O ring sealing the injector to the fuel rail.
