Had my 02 civic in shop yest, for a Lower Ball Joint replacement and also had a new cat and 2 o2 sensors put in. Last night, it randomly bogged down and lost all power while I was driving. It cut off, and when I went to start it, it would only bog down and die. If I hit the accelerator it will make a deep noise, almost like a totally built engine would (which is NOT the case for my car.) Then it would also misfire. Had it towed, and looked at it today. All sensors are fine, didn't throw any codes. Fuel pump is fine, it primes, but it doesn't get any fuel to the fuel line under the hood. No stream of gas came out when checked the gas valve. Motor shakes terribly when it starts. Any ideas of what this could be?

Just because the pump runs doesn't mean its pumping. If you aren't getting any fuel to the engine your pump is suspect.
