The passenger side windows will not work in my 2001 Honda civic. I have went through a check list of steps to try to fix it with no luck. First I checked all fuses under the hood and under the steering wheel.All were fine. I then Replaced the motor in the passenger side windows, after my friend told me that the switch was fine. (Electrician later tested the switch and said it was good). When I went to install the new motor, the window instantly went up, but after that, the window would not work. Checked the fuses again, and everything was fine. Passenger side switch was fine. Took the car to Honda, which they tested the motor after this, and he said it was fine. Had an electrician check to see if I was getting power to the window and he checked it and he said it was good. When I use either switch (passenger or driver), I can hear the motor trying to work but without any luck.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated on what to do next. I have been without a passenger side window for over 6 months.
