01 civic ex problems help help help
I have a 2001 civic ex an I'm having this problem of it not moving when the car warms up..it doesn't go forward or reverse when warm have to turn car off and on in order to move it anywhere but it only last 10min driving and have to repeat process....had transmission rebuilt and the problem is still there..took it to many transmission shops and none seem to have a clue on what is going on with it so if anyone can help me to figure this problem out it will be greatly appreciated thank you..... Sure sounds like a transmission problem.
Are there any codes related to the transmission?
I see 2 options:
1) Return to the rebuilder (assuming it is within their warranty period), it isn't right and they need to solve the problem, or
2) You need a reputable and competent mechanic/shop/dealer do figure out what is really wrong and solve it.
If it is indeed a trans problem, it would get a factory remanufactured transmission here.
