Loud Noise when it rains

Loud Noise when it rains I've looked through a bunch of pages of threads but I can't find anything, maybe I missed it.
I have an '02 LX and when it rains, there is a loud noise. The best way I can describe it would be it sounds like when you were little and you put a card on your bike to make noise, except louder and more throaty and annoying. I've looked at the drums, rotors and made sure everything under the car was solid and fastened. Sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side or around the center consul.

hmm usually loud noises in rain are due to the exhaust pipe getting wet and rattling against the car body.

Well it doesn't happen really until I hit standing water on the road or after I've been driving for a while. It gets louder with acceleration but not so much with turning.
