starting issues
starting issues
01 civic. ex manual tranny. no mods
first thing in the morning or after the car has been sitting for a while it is really difficult to start. almost like its not firing. i can try to start it for a few minutes and it will start firing, but still having issues. once it does start it will miss fire for a few seconds, then run perfectly fine.
spark plugs were changed yesterday, miss firing before and after changing plugs.
not smoking, not over heating, plenty of fluids and no discoloration of oil.
anyone know what could possibly be wrong?

Re: starting issues
Did the old plugs have any oil on them?
Did you replace them with NGK oem style plugs?
Have you done a compression check lately?
Do you have a CEL?
