im still learning about cars i have my first car which is a 2000 honda civic hx and the front driver side flicker light (orange) is going out, i can tell because its dimmer than the passanger side and the turn signal on the dash board is all messed up it goes fast than slow as i drive, what is it called and how would i replace it? thanks!

Your talking about the orange turn signal light? If the bulb is ok then you may need to look at the turn signal relay. It should be in your fuse box
