Can anyone tell me what makes my car so loud when in a drive thru.It sounds like i have a freeking exhaust leak but im 99.99% sure i dont. i do have a aftermarket header but ive had the sound forever.It makers matters worse when i have the A/C on.The car sounds fine when im driving its just when im in a echo area.

well im sure thats why im hearing it but when im in my other cars it dosent sound that loud.

its the aftermarket headers. when i bought my civic the guy said that he first had aftermarket headers with no aftermarket exhaust and it was loud as f*ck. then he put the exhaust on it and it sounded like it was supposed to. then i put the CAI in it and it made it sound puuurrrfect. except for the damn rattle around 1700 rpms or when i dont press the gas hard enough and the clutch too much.
