2002 civic : Nut welded to manifold

2002 civic : Nut welded to manifold
I wanted to changed de manifold on my honda civic 2002 so I started by removing the two bolts on top and then when I tried to remove the nuts
I realise that the middle one is welded to the manifold (all around)
Why would somebody do that and how can I remove the manifold now.
