Clutch replacement
Clutch replacement
I drive a 2004 Civic LX Coupe.
This was my first manual car when I got it, has 93K miles now.
Recently I'm noticing the clutch is sticking to floor, which I am assuming is the pressure spring isn't pushing the pedal back up and so my clutch is going bad.
Question is how much would it cost to replace?
And while I'm replacing it, is there anything I can do to increase the performance of the car? (i.e Special Aftermarket clutch or better parts?)
First post, but I really like this forum, and am looking to get involved.

Re: Clutch replacement
It could be the clutch slave or master cylinder. If its not returning you could be using hydraulic pressure. I have 150k and my clutch is fine but I had to replace my slave cylinder cause the pedal was going to the floor and not coming back up.
