03' EX Sedan Driver's side window POP!

So, I was merging onto the highway and rolling up my window when it made a loud "POP" sound like I ran over a pieve of wood or something. . . Then my window shot up really fast, and when I pushed down on the power window button (because I was curious why it went up so fast) it shot down and stopped about 1/3 from falling into the door. . .
So, now my window will not move up or down when I push the power button and I have to tape it to the top of the door so it stays up when I am driving.

What part should I buy and how do I fix it?

Makes awful crunching noises when you try to work it now?
It lunched a cable.
You need a regulator.
