Question 2002 civic lx to ex battery light on

Hi I'm new to this forum.i have a 02 civic lx body with a ex motor. My battery light cam on last night. But my battery is fine my alternator is fine. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE

How do you know your alternator is fine and charging the battery?

I had it tested both of them.And I have a new wire go from the alternator to the battery.

The voltage is at 14.25 with no load and at the alternator it is at 14.30.The engine is not the stock one. I blow up the stock lx engine and put a stock ex engine.

No would that make the battery light come on and stay on for two days.
