This is your first concern. If the belt breaks while you're driving, you'll be in a world of hurt. It PROBABLY is good, but you'd be daft not to replace it. It's a weekend job.
IMHO, I'd do the following, regardless of who told me what when I bought it:
Replace plugs (NGK)
Trans oil change (flush at a shop)
Engine oil/filter (I go Mobil 1 with matching filter, but that's preference.)
K&M 1,000,000 mile filter
Radiator flush
Check brake pads/shoes
Check p/s, p/b color
Check underside of belts.
Find out about timing belt change. With proof.
Anybody else chime in?

timing belt ASAP....
along with tensioner, tensioner spring, water pump and drive belts
new honda coolant (will need to drain to replace water pump)
