Why is my clutch so stiff?
i just joined this forum. i recently picked up a 2002 civic ex. now, i have been driving stick for 5 years now, but this car is kind of different. the clutch is alot harder to push in and i keep stalling out. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get better at shifting? the last car that i owned was a 1987 toyota corolla fx16 and the clutch was much looser. but yeah, i look forward to hearing from everyone. thanks!

Is the car modified in any way? I ask because maybe the PO put in a Stage 2 clutch or something.
If not, the line probably needs to be bled.
I found that when learning standard, the Honda I had learned on was a cakewalk compared to other cars. My Si has the same clutch feel. It's perfect.
