CUSH HONDA IN SAN DIEGO SUCKS
I have had my car in ther 4 times now for my front suspension and so far they have replaced my springs and they still haven't fixed the god awfull noise my front suspension makes. Ity sounds like a semi whenever i hit a bump. hey finally said my shock is making the noise and they said it would take three weeks to order but my springs took 2 days. now after three weeks they say the order was never processed. i am not an idiot and there is no way a shock could make the noise that its making. Anyways they said nothing was even wrong with the shock, it wasn't blown or anything. If any of you are thinking about buying a car from them don't they suck, they dont return phone calls and they treat you like sh*t. thanks for listening to me bitc8
Well I would tell you to try another dealership but they all suck. I have been through 3 dealerships now. Hoehn was the worst, Poway were just d*ckheads, and Cush in Escondido has so far been the most helpful but still a$$holes. Well good luck.
Hey, this is useful information for me. I'm actually moving to San Diego this summer (La Jolla), and I was gonna ask about the Honda dealerships there. Are there any others besides the 3 you listed above?
Sounds like it comes down to choosing between di ckheads (Poway) and *** holes (Cush). Tough choice ...

<< i got mine at hoehn in carlsbad.....they were great....had no problems when i took my car in....i recommend them....maybe the service guys that you dealt with 2cute were crappy....but the ones ive had were great >>
I can tell you a few stories about Hoehn. Bob Hoehn is supose to be this great wonderful nice guy. He is probably one of the biggest a$$hole I have met. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HOEHN HONDA. They are beyond shady they lie and scam and they do some of the sh!ttiest work I have ever seen.

I have finally got somewhere with the service manager. They are ordering me a whole strut assembly for the left side of my car. But the say that no HONDA has it in stcok and they are on backorder so on top of the three weeks its already taken it will take another three weeks. its a shame you buy a brand new car and it rides like its ten years old and then when you go into get it fixed they just keep on ordering parts and say it will be fixed and then its not
Yup, at least he's telling the truth. Those struts are on backorder all across North America... had to wait 6 weeks for mine to come in. Make sure and call regularly to check if they've received it.

Ok here is a list of dealers here
1. Cush Escondido (best I have found so far but, that isn't saying ****)
2. Cush Mission Gorge
3. Hoehn Honda ( the sh!ttiest dealership in SD)
4. Tipton Honda (from what I have heard they are d*ckheads too)
5. Ball Honda
6. Pacific Honda
7. Poway Honda (d*ckheads as well. They wouldn't even look at my car)
I think there may be more but either way they all have major customer relations problems. Personally I would go to Cush Escondido and speak to the service writer Dana he is pretty cool. If you are moving to La Jolla Ronin you are going to be fairly close to me. We will have to hook up sometime if you want that is.
Hey, thanks for the info 2cute.
Ya, we should meet up when I get there. My girlfriend is there already (since end of March). She's got a post-doctorate position at UCSD. She loves the city and the weather there. I should be moving down sometime in July.
(BTW, how's the lawsuit going?)

Well that's way cool for her. You should like it here. Unless you like changing seasons and snow and cold weather. As far as the lawsuit from what I know the lawyer is working on it and Honda sucks and says there isn't anything wrong with my car. I had to fill out interrigatories (sp?) So we shall see I guess I hope it is quick but I know my luck it is going to go to trial.

whatever you guys do, do not take your car to Tipton Honda in El Cajon, they have very friendly service, but when it comes to repairs they dont fix anything, they say that everything looks fine and that I should not worry. Also, Ive heard the Honda dealership in Clairmont is pretty good at repairing.
