Radio/Defroster Problem!!!!

Hey Everyone,

I have a 01 civic coupe and when i need to use the defroster and press the button i notice that the radio gets static so much that you can hear the station, but once you turn the defroster off the radio goes back to normal. I know that the antenna is in the glass with the defroster so i know its gotta be related some way. Has anyone had this problem and if so do you know how to fix it. IM GOING CRAZY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Thanx
Mike

I had the same problem after I installed my aftermarket HU, but funny enough it went away after 2 weeks!

????????I really don't know what happened but it hasn't made that noise for about 6 months , so ?????

Take it to the dealer !
Do you have a stock radio, warranty problem.
Aftermarket radio , take it to the people that installed it. If you did it yourself, then you have to redo the wiring and make sure it's not close to the power wire. (picking up alternator noise)
Hope that helps.
