2002 Honda Civic EX 1.7L 2 door A/C Relay?

I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX 1.7L that I think a relay is out on. When I cut on the A/C only one fan blows. Wondering if both fans are suppose to blow? When running for awhile the other fan shuts off and the compressor as well, but the A/C light in the car remains on and it blows hot air, is there a relay that could be causing this?

Yes. You can jump the relay to see if it works. You can test the fan by applying battery voltage to one terminal on the fan connector then ground to the other.

BTW- A service manual can be your best friend.
