bumper paint TSB

So I bought a 05 civic coupe last year and the clear coat is coming off the front bumper. I found atleast three TSB's for this problem and was wondering if anyone took thier car to the dealer and had it fixed free of charge. I'm asking because some TSB's are dealer fixed and others aren't. I had a 02 coupe before this which didn't have this problem. It's not a major issue but I keep my car in show room shape and have put some money into extierior mods and don't really want to spend $200 bucks getting it recleared. It really really annoys the hell out of me when I look at the bumper.

Re: bumper paint TSB

I doubt it, not on a 5 year old car. Paint is just one of those things.

Re: bumper paint TSB

I bought it from the dealer who sold it to it's first owner as well and it looked like it had been recleard once before and chipped again after I bought it. I might try anyway. I have only owned it for a year and it's a low mileage car so maybe i can squeeze it out of them.
