Hi,

I have a 2001 Honda Civic EX Coupe which my local Bellevue Honda center found some issues with and I was hoping to borrow some of your expertise in this domain.

I was told my bushings/suspensions had tears as well as the boot (I presume the axel boot) Cost to fix this (parts + labor) is ~$520.

My car is also 9 years old with 70k miles on it and was also recommended to replace my timing belt + water pump. Their preferred package costs ~$765.

I was wondering what you think of these prices and if anyone has a mechanic recommendation in this area (Bellevue, Seattle, Kirkland, etc), I'd appreciate if you would share.
