01 Honda Civic EX - Air won't stop blowing..

Hey, my 2001 Honda civic ex coupe will not stop blowing air, even with the dial turned all the way to off. I can't get the air to stop blowing. I can tell it's on because when I turned the temperature ****, I can feel the air changing temperature.

Why doesn't the air fully turn off when it's switched to off?

Mine never really turns off either. I think the fans are off, but the motion of the car is causing the air to move. When I have the fans off, I usually have the temp set to the middle

Are your sure its still blowing? Does it only do it at high speeds? Hit the recycle button when everything is off and see if it still happens

turn on "recirculate"

if it's still blowing air, i believe the blower is controlled by a transistor inside the blower box. the transistor may be failed shorted. replace the transistor and also the cabin air filters.
