HELP! Camseal? or PLUG?
Hey guys, ok, on the opposite side of the cam gear theres a black cap that looks like it might be a seal. So my question is, Is it a cam seal or head plug? i looked on hondaautomotiveparts.com and the only cam seal is on the gear side not the other side. The other side where the black cap is, said head plug. So im just checking what it is.. lemme know peace...

yeah thats a cam seal i believe, and if its just seeping/sweating, its normal. now if its dripping all over, you need to replace it. the part is a cylinder head plug and costs $5. its part number 6 in the pic.

ya i figured it was the plug just needed to make sure... second opinion is always good... already ordered the plug and a new valve cover seal... Thanks gear... o ya and its dripping everytime i get on it... by the end of the day, theres a small puddle of oil next to the EGR.. thanks again
