04 civic LX high RPM buck

04 civic LX high RPM buck I got a 04 LX with 85,000 on it. Seemed to start overnight. Accelerating to get on the highway, or passing, or just hammerin 
it seems to buck or burp anywere from 4200 to 7000...... already done plugs, tested coils, flushed all the fuel (lines, tank, fuel rail, cleaned injectors). Ive run midgrade on it for the past year, ive been told its a bad idea and it wont hurt it at all...
Can somebody help....
im beatin myself up over this now...
