Question Honda civic problem

Let me try explain the problem have with daugher car

This car sometime when start go forward maybe 15 MPH or less do something like lose the power or going to stop engine, then when I increase the pedal speed change an run good that an intermitent failure.
not check engine on
Please I Know we have a lot expert in that forum and I appreciate any help

so the rpm is dropping and the engine feels like it wants to turn off? i think you need to clean up the throttle body and IAC idle valves. if theyre dirty, car wont operate properly. also check spark plugs.
