passenger tire clicking

passenger tire clicking

when ever i make a right turn i hear the right tire clicking but when i turn left no clicking noise. i was told it could be the cv boot but look under and there was no grease mark on my tire. help please?

I have the same problem on mine, exept it only happens when I turn left....?????
My civic is going in for its first checkup this thursday so hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it.
Sucks though!

have the same problem on the right side...are your cars lowered?

pretty early for a CV joint to go ain't it?? im only at 20000 KM

I just got a 2k2 civic with matrix coil-overs and it clicks when i turn left and right.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/IMG]

Honestly the CV boots in these cars aren't that durable. Mine needed to be replaced at like 15,000 miles. I agree check your tires first and then if not see if you have green grease all over the place. If not then you may have the very common strut problems like the rest of us.
