02 civic, whats the best thing to put on the power sunroof seal to keep it from drying out and protect it?

Is there any maintenance to the sun roof? grease the tracks? etc?

you can grease the tracks with white lithium spray or paste lube. the seals just use a good rubber trim detailer like meguiars.
