Angry Check engine misfire!!!

Okay yesterday I was leaving work, started up my car and the check engine light come on. Took it to autozone and it was a misfire. It has been running a little rough when I first start it up in the morning. But once it warms up a bit it runs fine. Anyway, I checked the plugs, and they were a little dirty but nothing to cause a misfire. My fuel has seemed fine. What do you think caused the misfire? It didnt start until it started getting cold out here. I am running much colder plugs than stock because im bottle feeding, but its never given me problems before. Any advise would be helpful. Or if anyone has ran into this prob before and can give me some points to source out would be appreciated.
