My car engine is making an annoying clicking sound and when i press the gas it goes louder... im scared.. ! is this bad? three weeks ago a oil change was done to it and i used 5w-20 fully synthetic is it because of this?? Helpppp

Is it a ticking (sound coming from top) or a knocking (coming from bottom)? If it's ticking, I would say that it's likely a bent valve, which is is pretty common and not really anything to worry about. If it's a knocking, then you might want to grab another set of underpants.

Might have to get a valve clearance adjustment done. If it's a knocking try putting some higher grade octane fuel in it see if that helps. My car makes a ticking noise too when it's accelerating but it's just valve chatter, I wouldnt worry about it unless its loud or coming from the bottom of the engine.
