Best Honda Civic yr ?
I recently had the 1998 honda civic dx and unfortunately totalled it , im getting a new car my limit is 4-7 ish thousand for a new honda civic i would like to get a 2 dr si and i was wondering what was the best yr and affordable yr of civic to buy and tune up

1999-2000 is my favorite but its one of the most stolen car so you may want to reconsider those years unless you have a garage.
