VTEC 1.6 VTi problem

Hello folks, first sorry for my bad english...

My problem is following,
I have Honda Civic 1996 engine B16A2

I do not know what to do, the engine does not work regulary I have noticed oscilations in the rotations. For example, when I lift the rotations, for example, on 3000 rpm, engin is losing 200-300 rotations, so it falls on 2700-2600 rpm, but after few seconds it goes again on 3000 and again goes up and down...

Any idea?

sounds like a vacuum leak or a bad throttle position sensor to me. any engine check lights? check those first.
