window pops out after being replaced
Hello i've had this problem for a while now. i have an 05 civic sedan, and the passenger window was smashed JUST TO STEAL A $70 phone.. anyways i replaced it and now the window doesnt wind up smoothly and pops out, i have to use wd-40 to make it smoothly go.The guy at the window repair place said i need to replace the whole motor(resignator) that controls the window because its now loose... i'm just wondering if anyone else has experience this problem and how they have gone about it. or is there anything ... that will just grease the hell out of it and make it go smoothly for ages?

Re: window pops out after being replaced
You should inspect the rubber seals/channels that the windows edges ride in when going up & down. They can pop out and bind the glass.
Make sure the channel is bolted in tight.
Check the glass bolts (don't overtighten)

Re: window pops out after being replaced
most likely the guide that pushes the window up might be off track. Just open the door and see what the problem is. Most times its something that fell off, and if so just look inside the door for the missing piece. It's honestly a simple fix when you actually take a look at it.
