Starts fine, after warmed up and leaving a parking spot. After 30 feet
Hesitates very badly
Losses all power- feels as if engine has died
Push gas to floor and car goes slower and slower..
Then snaps out of it and runs fine for days
No codes,can't duplicate
Honda has come up with nothing

Any direction much appreciated

ok well my best guess is going to be that it was your fuel pump and maybe it bogged out for a few seconds. thats what it sounds like to me from what youre describing, and its also something that wouldnt get picked up in a diagnostic check if it was something that just happened once.

has any aftermarket work been done on your car? anything replaced?

damn this is my same exact problem, doesnt throw any codes just starts fine then 20 seconds into driving it like loses life (rough idle and no response to throttle) then i just dont do anything and wait and its snaps back into life, happens about 50% of the time that i start my car and go. it has only been once where it idled so rough that it stalled. car drives perfect when its driving around city highway watever

im also thinking its the fuel pump, car has 93k miles. so i might replace that and clean the throttle body and go from there.

most of the time that problem is either a fuel pump or fuel filter. i would try checking or changing the fuel filter before you change the fuel pump itself.
