I am having cooling problems with my 2003 Civic. When I am driving down the road, the temp gauge shows normal. As soon as I stop at a red light and are stopped for more than about 20 seconds, the temp shoots up to the red zone.. I go, and the temp goes back down. The radiator has coolant, and I've only seen a slight bit leak out of the overflow. The fans work spuradically, but even when they are on, it doesn't help. Someone help me before my car blows up!
