Dude! This is exactly what happened to mine a few months ago and i not even the honda dealer could tell me why it happened. I never messed with the clutch but its a good possibly that the dude that had the car before me did, do you have idea what the reason is behind an after market clutch causing this is? The reason i ask is because its possible it could happen again...right?

i would imagine it could happen again, aftermarket clutch ie. something stronger, could make this happen due to the increased pressure on the slave. just keep an eye on it
