Irregular idle..bounces around
i just put a newer engine into my car (2004 em2). the engine had 47000 miles on it and it came out of a 2005 em2. In the process of puting it back in i noticed that this engine did not have the cruise control linkages on the throttle body so i traded out the throttle body from my engine and put it on the intake manifold. once that was complete i stated to put it back in and i noticed that the stupid people at the junk yard broke off the vacume line on the back of the intake manifold so i puld the whole intake manifold off and traded them (Note: i did not replace any gasgets via holidays honda delear closed)
Once in the car with everything hooked up, the car had irregular idle jumping between 1500 to 2700 and the battery was dead. with the alternater on the car it tested bad 11.53 volts and i forget what the amps were but they said the alternater was bad so i took it off and they tested it and it tested fine but i talked him into replaceing it for me.
now with a new alternater the car revs between 1500 - 2700 bounce up & down and between those it will rev between 2500 - 2700 bounce up and down. this is all happining with the addition of clicks (i assume relays) sounding like its coming from the ecu..
i know this is a long and a big question but please help me i have replaced the evap canister purge valve, tp sensor, and IAC valve.

according to the service manual on pg 11-157
You can put two fingers (or your thumb) and plug up the whole that lets air to the IAC (Intake Air Control) Valve. this air hole is right above the butterfly in ur throttle body.
If the engine speed drops "Check the idle speed under a different load condition (electrical , A/C, gear position, ect.) (see pg 11-168). If it's out of specifications, replace the IAC valve (see pg 11-196).
If the engine does not drop Check for vacuum leaks at these components: PCV Valve, PCV hose, EVAP canisterpurge valve, Intake manifold, Throttle body, Brake booster hose.
good luck guys on this, i did this method and the egnine went from jumping around (ba ba ba ba) to idleing perfect. so i ordered the IAC valve to replace, just in case i actually ordered every gasget and every sencer on the intake side.
If you guys need a place to buy it from majestic is hard to beat.

the shipping is dirt cheap too..that is if u don't mind waiting a bit
throttle body was 200.89 but at the dealer here they wanted 293 plus tax
