So for the past few times I've gone to get gas its been really difficult to start. It starts after cranking for a while then runs really rough for maybe five minutes or so but then clears up and no problems after that until I get more gas. I've checked the battery and alternator, both are fine. I have it turboed and quite a few other mods, but everything was just peachy until a few weeks ago and nothing has changed. I know I've seen a thread or two about this before but after a rather extensive search I have no luck finding it.

I would check the fuel pressure at the injector rail. Chances are you may need to replace your fuel filter or there is a problem with the pump.

Wouldn't it have problems starting all the time if it was fuel pressure? I've got a walbro going in tomorrow though, so we'll see if that fixes it.

Any other guesses... you get a cookie if you can tell me whats wrong with it

Could be that your fuel is contaminated and during refueling it is mixed up and then settles out after a while.
