Power Door Lock Problem PLEASE HELP!!!

OK. there was an issue wit the alarm system. The 2 wires touched and the everything got messed up. When I use the alarm the lock for the passnager works fine. But the driver side lock wont go down anymore. Anyone have an idea how to fix it. I use the switch inside it looks like it want to go down but it looks stuck. HELP!!!! using key outside is fine.

Sounds like the actuator on the lock assembly needs to be replaced, I had the same issue on the passenger side door. It wouldn't work from my remote or the switch inside, I could only lock & unlock the door manually. I replaced the actuator & everything been fine since.
