only my parking and break lights work. Can anyone point out why?

only my parking and break lights work. Can anyone point out why?
none of my lights work... dash or anything. I have a 2000 civic ex. my headlights, tail lights, nor parking lights work. What would be the problem? I have checked all the fuses 2 times and none are blown.

Any chance you had just installed a stereo? Mainly a head unit.
